New Construction
If you are considering custom building your own home, you have come to the right
place.  I have personally built 2 homes and know the process from the ground up.
Here are the steps we will want to follow:

  • Secure financing. I have a loan officer who can do a one time close on a
    construction loan.  This will save you the expense and hassle of doing a
    constructins loan and then a permenant loan.  It is all done at the time the
    land is purchased with a draw schedule.

  • Select the area in which you would like to live. I will research the Multiple
    Lising Service to find land available for sale.

  • Select a builder.  There are a number of wonderful local builders and I will
    guide you in your decision to find the best builder for your needs.

  • Select the home plan that best fits your needs. A custom built home, means
    you are able to select your home plan and also make changes where
    needed.

  • I will set up meetings with the builder for us to go over all aspects of the
    building process. I will be with you every step of the way.
